The food was great. For appetizers, we ordered the wontons in chili oil and the cucumber salad. I tried the stir-fried handmade noodles, while my family had the kung pao tacos, chili oil noodles, and Mongolian beef. The portions were generous, and the noodles were some of the best I’ve had — chewy with a flavorful sauce and plenty of perfectly cooked vegetables. The chili oil noodles had the same great texture with a nice kick of spice, and the cucumber salad was a refreshing balance. We’ll definitely be back! There are still a few menu items we didn’t get to try, including dumplings and buns. I do wish they had more vegetarian options, but honestly, I’d be happy ordering the noodles every time.
